IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE OCCUPANTS THAT THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN OCCUPANTS BEING ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY. ALL RENT PLUS SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

1. Boat trailers, motor homes or tents are not allowed on premises without prior permission from management.

2. All cars must be parked on gravel area only

3. ABSOLUTELY NO REMOVAL OF WOOD or WOOD CUTTING is allowed on or around the premises at any time

4. All furniture must be kept in proper place as is. No furniture is to be taken from the inside of the premises to the outside.

5. All trash including bottles, cans, newspapers or other refuse must be placed in plastic garbage bags and placed in provided container located outside the premises.

6. NO FIRES OR BONFIRES or FIREWORKS are allowed on the premises at any time.

7. NO PETS of any kind are allowed at any time inside or outside in the premises.

8. Tampering with the alarm system is prohibited. Any false alarm cost will be passed on to the occupants.

9. NO SMOKING or Burning of candles allowed in the premises.

10. Occupants agree that no more than 6 adults will reside as over night guests in the premises at any given time.

 THIS MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITH A COPY OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
