 as Occupants at 5949/5953 Port Austin Road, Caseville, Michigan

 

1. SNL PROPERTIES LLC agrees to rent to the occupants the premises located at 5949/5953 Port Austin Road in Caseville, Michigan for the term of ______ nights beginning at 2 p.m. on _____________, 200_ and ending at 12 p.m. (Noon)

2. Occupants agree to pay SNL PROPERTIES LLC the sum of $___________ per __________ and enclosed is a security deposit of $___________.  In the case that any damages occur cased by the Occupants or Guests and damages exceed

the amount security deposit, occupants agree to pay for such damages upon receipt of the damage notification.

3.The premises shall be used for residential purposes only and occupants shall peacefully and quietly occupy the same and shall not interfere with the rights of its neighbors. Occupants shall not permit activities on the premises that are contrary to

any law, local ordinance and/or any applicable  health and/or fire department or insurance policy provisions.

 

4. RENT: Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date and should be made payable by check or money order to:

 SNL PROPERTIES LLC. Security deposit is not considered rent.

 

5. Cancellation policy: The Security Deposit in the amount of $__________ will be refunded in full if management is notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

 

6. Occupants agree to report promptly to management any mechanical/maintenance problems with the premises.

 

7. SNL PROPERTIES LLC is NOT responsible for injury to occupants their family or guests or personal property incurred during their stay, also we can not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal property.

 

8.Premises must be left in a clean and sanitary condition as it was when occupant moved into the unit in order to receive a total refund of the Security Deposit. it is understood by the occupants that any and all damages to premises or its contents caused by the occupants or their guests will be the sole financial responsibility of the occupants. Occupants agree to replace and/or repair damages and replace any losses as stated in unit replacement cost sheet.  Security Deposit may be used towards any damages incurred by the occupants.

 

By Signing this form you agree and have read and  understood the above rental agreement and have signed and enclosed a copy of the rules and regulations pertaining to this agreement.

Vacation Home Rules

IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE OCCUPANTS THAT THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN OCCUPANTS BEING ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY. ALL RENT PLUS SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Boat trailers, motor homes or tents are not allowed on premesies without prior permission from management.

All cars must be parked on gravel area only

ABSOLUTELY NO REMOVAL OF WOOD or WOOD CUTTING is allowed on or around the premises at any time

All furniture must be kept in proper place as is. No furniture is to be taken from the inside of the premises to the outside.

All trash including bottles, cans, newspapers or other refuse must be placed in plastic garbage bags and placed in provided container located outside the premises.

NO FIRES OR BONFIRES or FIREWORKS are allowed on the premises at any time.

NO PETS of any kind are allowed at any time inside or outside in the premises.

NO Smoking or burning of candles allowed inside of the cabin.

Tampering with the alarm system is prohibited. Any false alarm cost will be passed on to the tenant

Occupants agree that only 6 adults will reside as over night guests at any given time.
